CCC covers the second half of the UTMB course after its own brutal opening climb out of Courmayeur. The Tete de la Tronche climb (roughly 1,300m of gain in the first 10km) sets the tone; after Grand Col Ferret the course rolls through Swiss villages before the final climbs above Chamonix. Crew points are La Fouly, Champex-Lac, and Vallorcine.
