TrailMath allows you to permanently delete all of your personal data at any time. You can do this yourself within the app, or by contacting us via email.
Option 1: Self-Serve (Logged-In Users)
If you have access to your account, you can delete your data directly from the app:
- Log in at app.trailmath.run
- Go to Account Settings
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Click Delete My Account and confirm
Before deleting, you can export your data from the Account Settings page. Visit app.trailmath.run/account#delete to go directly to the deletion section.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion by email, send a message to support@trailmath.run with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted

Data Retention
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts. Anonymized aggregate analytics (e.g., total user count) may be retained, but these cannot be linked back to any individual.
